#ABQKindness and the Kindness Club Project teamed up for a special service project: Grow Gratitude Tree: Celebrate 1,000 Acts of Kindness with simple thank you notes.
How did the city challenge begin?
Albuquerque was challenged by the Mayor of Anaheim, California, to document 1 Million Acts of Kindness. The students in the Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) took on the project with enthusiasm. It started with the creation of a special APP. This APP is designed for people to set a goal and then record acts of kindness online. The the promotion began.
